Your very first impression of SKAI Technologies from the inside will most likely be that you’ve arrived at a regular organization with smooth operations. That will not last very long. Soon you will discover that it is, in fact, chaos, albeit with some logistical organization behind the scenes.

There will be a lot of information coming from different sides sometimes and silence at other times. It’s confusing at first. But rest assured, it is the side effect of a deterministic system; there is a purpose in all of this. It will reveal itself to you as you go along.

The main purpose of the system is to avoid offloading of responsibilities. Each SKAI employee is expected to work with the company mission in mind in the short term and work towards fulfilling the company vision in the long run. This makes each one of us take full responsibility for completing a particular project or task irrespective of the department. This is what makes a deterministic system and you get to see the side effects mentioned above.

To navigate through this system, every employee is expected to ensure each matter is communicated, discussed, and recorded in the system.

Communication is oxygen. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or share your thoughts; we value open dialogue at SKAI Technologies. As a newbie, you have a fresh perspective that’s incredibly valuable, and we want to hear it.

However, once a process or system is finalized, we need to create a guide page on this website {Todo: How to} so that our colleagues can go through it without disturbing us. Of course, no one wants a phone call from the office when we are enjoying our leaves. The reporting manager is expected to oversee that everything is documented.

Understand our Company. Knowing the company's vision and short-term goals is of utmost importance. What we do currently will always look small compared to our company vision. Because that’s what we want to achieve. We are not just another product company. We want to help the environment and people come out of the chemical mess we are in and capitalistic manipulations. That goal is larger than life. Let’s embrace it every day and keep each step forward.
