We are a small company of 3 to 4 people mostly founders wearing the hats of different roles as of 2023. However, as the organization grows, it is essential to distribute the functions to different pillars.

Logistics & Storage
Handle product sourcing, inventory, storage, and districution
Roles & Tasks: Budget development, Cost analysis, Vendor Communication, Contract negotiations, Oversee pricing & stock, Maintain statistical and financial records, Build efficient inventory movement, Oversee product loading, unloading, and delivery
