- All the employees shall post the standup updates prior to starting their work which is considered as their attendance.
- Regular work timings will be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Failing to post standup updates to be marked as leave.
- Employees are entitled to the following types of leaves
- Casual Leave (CL)
- Purpose : For planned absences.
- Entitlement: 12 days per year.
- Usage:
- Best to apply at least 5 days in advance.
- Leaves can be availed once the reporting manager approves the leaves.
- Sick Leave (SL)
- Purpose: For medical reasons, illness, or injury.
- Entitlement: 6 days per year
- Compensatory Off (Comp-off)
- Purpose: Compensate the leaves for Employees working on weekends or holidays.
- Usage: Must be availed within 30 days
- Bereavement
- Purpose: In case of demise of close family member.
- Entitlement: Reporting manager to assess the situation and assist the employee on case by case basis.
- Casual Leave (CL)
- Employees are required to inform the team about their planned leaves (CL) beforehand so that others are aware and plan the days accordingly.
- Employees do not need to inform beforehand in case of Sick Leave and Bereavement. However, if employee is capable to leave a message in such circumstances, it would be better to drop at least a single liner so that others do not wonder where the concerned person is.
- If an employee remains absent from work for three consecutive days without prior approval from management, the absense will come under Loss of Pay.
- If an employee is absent for more than seven days without prior notice, the company will deem it as absconding and may initiate legal action against the concerned employee.
